Glare on walls and finished surfaces, as well as reflections on your computer screen, can add to computer eye strain. Consider installing an anti-glare screen/film on your computer or hand-held devices. If you wear glasses, there is no doubt that purchasing lenses with Anti-Reflective properties (AR) will reduce glare and therefore computer eye strain. The lenses will minimize the amount of light reflecting off the front and back surfaces of your eyeglass lenses.
